Khadeejah Lasuc Lewis is a seasoned coach, consultant, trainer, and speaker dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential. With more than 20 years of professional experience spanning nonprofit, corporate, and educational sectors—and over a decade of service as a C-Suite executive—she has worked with clients at every level, from front-line staff to senior leadership. This breadth of experience allows her to bring tailored, practical solutions that help leaders grow and organizations thrive.
A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional, Khadeejah is also a proud member of SHRM’s Executive Network, positioning her among top HR leaders across the nation. She holds advanced certifications in Crucial Conversations and Influencer Change Management and is recognized as both a thought leader and innovator in workplace culture. A two-time cancer survivor and neurodivergent leader, she brings resilience, creativity, and authenticity to every engagement.
